Salisbury, NC- The University of Mount Olive men's soccer team closed out their midweek contest against Catawba, falling 5-1 in their first road game of the season Wednesday evening.
The Trojans scored at 76:43 when Jordan Alexander connected on a pass from Joao Barboza Filho. Jordan Alexander finished .500 shooting percentage on the day.
Mount Olive created several looks throughout the match. Kayden Richter, Manny Duran, and Jordan Alexander each registered shots.
Goalkeeper Daniel Locklear played 90 minutes in the loss registering 3 saves.
The Trojans return to action on Saturday with a road contest against Converse on Sept. 13th at 3:30 PM in Spartanburg, SC.
