HICKORY, N.C. (May 11) – In the final qualifying event of the season, the University of Mount Olive women's track & field program traveled with a select group to the LR Last Chance Meet #2 hosted by Lenoir-Rhyne on Sunday.

Lasira Nicholson, sophomore
Heavan Roberts, and junior
Haniyyah Johnson tied the Conference Carolinas and Mount Olive record after crossing the line in 45.46 seconds. The mark hit the NCAA Standard and ranked 27th in NCAA Division II this season.
In the 100 meters, Harris earned a first-place finish with a time of 11.66 seconds, which reached the NCAA mark. She already boasts the 18th-best time in NCAA Division II with a mark of 11.46, which she set this weekend.
