MOUNT OLIVE - A pair of Mount Olive women's track student-athletes garner Conference Carolinas Track and Field Athletes of the Week, announced by the league Tuesday afternoon.

Haniyyah Johnson, a senior from Farmville, Va., garnered CC Field Athlete of the Week following an impressive performance at the Marlins First Chance Meet, finishing first in the women's long jump at 6.23m and third in the shot put at 11.51m.

Futoria Harris, a sophomore from Fayetteville, Nc., garnered CC Track Athlete of the Week, placing first in the Women's 60m with a time 7.45 and third in the Women's 200m with a time of 24.55.

The Trojans are set to compete at the VCU Ram Indoor Invitational on Jan. 9 in Virginia Beach, Va.
