GREENVILLE, S.C. (Nov. 8) – After scoring the most goals in a single-season at Mount Olive since 2021, senior forward
Guilherme Semola was named to the All-Conference Carolinas Third-Team by the league coaches on Thursday afternoon.
A native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Semola receives third-team all-conference status for the second time in his career. He ranks fourth in the Conference Carolinas with 17 points and eight goals in 15 matches with 11 starts. Semola registered a trio of multiple-goal performances and one game-winning goal this season. On Thursday night, he delivered three points behind one goal and one assist in 92 minutes of play in victory over Emmanuel in the first round of the Conference Carolinas Tournament.
Mount Olive returns to action on Sunday, Nov. 10, when it travels to No. 3 seed Francis Marion in the quarterfinals with kickoff set for 4:30 p.m.
