WINSTON SALEM, North Carolina - The University of Mount Olive men's and women's track and field competed at the Flat is Fast Invite in Winston Salem, N.C. this weekend. The Trojans saw seven changes in the UMO top-10, as well as two NCAA provisional qualifiers.

INSIDE THE RESULTS
On the men's side Cas Kopmels (at the Carolina Challenge) moved into 5th all-time in the 3000m Run (8:18.75) also hitting a NCAA Provo time and placing 7th in the event. Jon Wojcuich also had a good day in the field events hitting an NCAA Provisional mark (#9) in the weight throw (19.42m) placing 2nd.

On the women's side, Jaylin Reeves improves to tied for 3rd in the UMO record book with a time of 7.73 in the 60m dash finishing in 4th place. Mary Brigid Keck also had a good day in the field events and she moved up to tie the 2nd place UMO record book mark with 16.52 in the weight throw, she also placed 3rd in the event.
