LYNCHBURG, VA. – The University of Mount Olive track & field teams had a record-breaking performance at the Liberty Kick-Off in Lynchburg, Va. The Trojans saw one NCAA Provisional qualifying mark set, three school records broken, 17 Conference Carolinas qualifying marks set, and numerous moves in the UMO top-10.

WOMEN'S NOTABLES
- Leah Hanle set an NCAA Provisional Qualifying mark in the Mile, winning the event with a time of 4:53.34.
- Taylor Moncrief broke the UMO school record in the pentathlon scoring 3,199 points and also moved into 2nd in the 60m hurdles.
MEN'S NOTABLES
- On the men's side, several Trojans made moves in the top-10.
- Martin Bayles broke the school record in the pole vault and Tedric Shannon broke the school record in the 400m.
