ST. AUGUSTINE, FL – Mount Olive finished Monday's opening two rounds of the Jay Jennison Cup in 10th place, with two golfers inside the top 20: Lavran Broen Holm (11th) and Shawn Benson (17th).

Holm and Benson shined in round two, each carding 2-under. Holm sits tied for 11th at 1-under overall (1-over in round one, 2-under in round two), with his round-two score tied for third best of the day (also joined by teammate Matthew Richardson). Benson holds 17th at even par (2-under in round one, 2-over in round two).

Other Trojan results: Richardson in 23rd at 1-over, Max Linblad in 68th at 6-over, and Oscar Lönnqvist in 75th at 7-over.

The 17-team field includes seven programs ranked nationally in Division II last season: USC Aiken (10), Rollins (21), Nova Southeastern (22), Lenoir-Rhyne (23), Barry (27), Palm Beach Atlantic (31), and Embry-Riddle (37).

Rollins leads at 12-under, followed by Barry (5-under), Eckerd and Flagler (2-under), and Tampa (even).
