MOUNT OLIVE, North Carolina. - The University of Mount Olive men's volleyball team downed the Crusaders of Belmont Abbey College 3-1,18-25 25-21 25-23 25-23 on Wednesday night in Belmont, N.C.

GAME INFORMATION
The opening set started with Belmont Abbey taking a 6-1 lead. Mount Olive chipped a few points in over the set but a 9-4 run jumped the Crusaders out to a 16-7 lead. The Trojans were able to charge at the end draw the deficit to 24-18, however, BAC finished the set with a block and took the first set.

Mount Olive then found their momentum taking the next three sets and won the match 3-1.

TROJAN LEADERS
The Trojans were led by Jesiah Orr with 13 kills in the match. Nicolas Laxar tallied 38 of the team's 43 assists.

BELMONT ABBEY LEADERS
The Crusaders were led by Liam Maxwell with 22 kills. Brennan Davis also collected 48 assists.

KEY MOMENT
The key moment came in the third set when UMO was able to take a 2-1 set lead and use that momentum to win the final set.
