KIAWAH ISLAND, South Carolina – Senior Olle Ryberg and Sophomore Brice Ballin are tied for third to lead the Trojans to a third-place standing after the opening round of the Kiawah Island Invitational Monday afternoon in Kiawah Island, S.C.
 
Tournament Information
The Trojans team of Olle Ryberg, Brice Ballin, Patrick Schweitz, Arthur Heinbach, and Cade Hancock, stand in a tie for third with a 282 team score. UMO placed three golfers inside the top-20. The Trojans are ahead of five top-35 ranked teams, out of six total in the field, and are the highest placing Conference Carolinas school after the opening round.
 
Trojan Leaders
Ryberg and Ballin are tied for third after firing in four-under-par rounds in the opening round to lead the Trojans. 
 
Senior Patrick Schweitz shot a one-under to sit in a tie for 18th and Arthur Heinbach shot a three-over to round out the Trojan team card placing t-52nd.
