FIRST QUARTER
- Florida Tech took an early advantage scoring three goals from three different Panthers as UMO trailed 3-0 with 3:58 remaining in the opening quarter.
- Austin Whitlow stopped the bleeding with Mount Olive's first score at the 2:44 mark and Tyler Keele added a goal with a second left on the clock to draw to within one heading into the second quarter.
SECOND QUARTER
- The second quarter proved to be the offensive quarter as eight goals were scored between the two teams.
- Florida Tech started the frame scoring a pair of goals two minutes apart to take a 5-2 lead with 12:08 on the clock.
- UMO countered with two goals as well from the sticks of Cody Graden and Scott Dagnanleach to bring the deficit back to one.
- The two teams exchanged four more goals as the halftime horn sounded with Florida Tech holding a slim 7-6 lead.
THIRD QUARTER
- The third quarter Mount Olive's Brody Sullivan sandwiched two goals (6:38 & 2:08) around a Panther goal to finally give Mount Olive some hope as the game was tied at eight heading into the final quarter.
FOURTH QUARTER
- The Panthers quickly broke the tie with a goal two minutes into the quarter and added a second goal as well to take a 10-8 lead with 8:45.
- Thatcher Clark kicked it into overdrive as in the final four minutes of play he scored twice to knot the game at 10 with 28 seconds left.
- Florida Tech, however, thwarted a clear attempt by the Trojans with 10 seconds left and quickly countered with a goal four seconds later and snuck away with the win 11-10.
