Robertson recorded a kill for a side out to give Nicole Sparks the serve for the Trojans. Mount Olive scored the next two points on kills by Ashlee Reuter and Robertson, and after a Lees-McRae ball-handling error, Reuter and Dezirae Mackey combined on a block to tie the set 23-23. Robertson followed a Lees-McRae timeout with a kill and the Trojans forced a fifth set when Reuter and Mackey combined on another block on set point as Sparks served out the set.

Lees-McRae (7-7, 4-3) scored the first three points of the fifth set, but Mount Olive rallied as Robertson's kill broke a 6-6 tie. Two more kills by Robertson helped Mount Olive build a three-point advantage before Lees-McRae used Taylor Pritchett's ace and a kill by Haydn Beatty to tie the set 11-11. Beatty's kill would be the Bobcats' final point of the match.

Robertson's kill put Mount Olive ahead to stay and Lauren Lee's dig set up another kill by Robertson to make the score 13-11. Lee followed with an ace to give Mount Olive a match point and recorded her career-high 24th dig to set up Robertson's match-winning kill.

In Mount Olive's win over Limestone Friday, Robertson matched a career best with 22 kills. She said after Saturday's match she was excited about her kills total, but more excited about the two wins.

"These wins were big this weekend," said Robertson, a 5-11 sophomore outside hitter from Ayr, Scotland. "We had been struggling a bit, but these wins will help us turn it around."

Mount Olive rallied from a 21-12 deficit in the first set and saved a set point to pull within 24-22. Charnel Austin nearly had an ace for the Trojans, but Lees-McRae's Dana Oliver turned a diving serve reception into a kill as the ball landed deep on the Mount Olive court to give the Bobcats a one-set lead.

Austin served three aces during an early 9-0 run as Mount Olive jumped out to a 10-4 lead in the second set. The margin never fell below six points as the Trojans evened the match at a set apiece.

Lees-McRae rode three aces by Pritchett in the third set for an 11-3 run and a 19-15 lead. Pritchett had a match-high eight of Lees-McRae's 18 service aces. Kills by Reuter and Mackey helped give the Trojans a chance to serve for the set at 24-23. Back-to-back kills by Oliver saved a set point and gave Lees-McRae a set point. Robertson's kill saved a set point and Lee followed with an ace. But Oliver answered with another kill and Jordan Banta closed out the set with an ace to put the Bobcats back on top before Mount Olive rallied to win the final two sets.

Saturday's win improved the Trojans' record to 3-2 in five-set matches this season. The win was also the second in as many matches and fourth this season for Mount Olive when dropping the first set.
