High School
King, while serving as a team captain from 2016-2018, was named all-team selection from sophomore through senior year. She was named a two-time offensive player of the year and forward of the year. She was also a member of her schools track  and field team. 

King also was on the honor roll all four years of school and earned an academic honor in 2019, while holding a perfect attendance record from the 2015-2019 school year. King also was an active member of FFA (Future Farmers of America) in Hollister, California. She served on her chapter's executive board and was President in her last year. King earned Agribusiness of the year 2018 and 2019, Chapter Farmer, and the 2015 Green Hand of the Year Award.
