High School 
Congleton was a four-year varsity member of her school's field hockey and soccer team, earning honors for both sports. She made Academic All-Conference all four years in field hockey and earned second-team all-conference honors her junior year. In her final year, she was named first-team all-conference and helped lead her team to the state championship. 

In her senior year, Congleton earned the 2020 Superintendents Award for Academic Excellence. While being active in clubs and sports, she also found time to volunteer in her local community.
