DUE WEST, S.C. — The Mount Olive Trojans men's volleyball team extended its winning streak to five consecutive matches on Saturday afternoon, outlasting the Erskine Flying Fleet in a thrilling five-set battle during Conference Carolinas action at Belk Arena.

Mount Olive and Erskine exchanged momentum throughout the contest, with the Trojans answering each challenge to force a decisive fifth set. Mount Olive took control in the final frame, using balanced offense and strong defensive pressure to pull away for a 15–9 victory and secure the 3–2 road win.

Kory Grant led all players with 22 kills to pace the Trojans' attack, while Brooks Ignosci followed with 19 kills. Maksim Kazanov delivered an efficient performance at the net, recording eight kills on a .538 hitting percentage while adding key block assists.

Set two highlighted the Trojans incredible night where they hit .708 (18 kills 1 error, 24 total attacks), holding the Flying Fleet to .217 (9 kills, 4 errors, 23 total attacks).

Jackson Lahey directed the offense with a season-high 51 assists as Mount Olive finished the match hitting .252 as a team. Defensively, the Trojans totaled 66 digs, highlighted by Luca Colombo's team-high
24 digs in the back row and Lahey's 14 included in his double-double.

The Trojans continue conference play against Emmanuel (Ga.) tomorrow in Franklin Springs for a 12 p.m. first serve.
