Franklin Springs, Ga. --- UMO Men's Soccer (11-5-0, 9-2-0) took down Emmanuel (3-10-0, 3-8-0) 2-1 in double overtime, in Conference Carolinas action Saturday afternoon in Franklin Springs, Ga.
INSIDE THE SCORE:
The opening period had UMO and EC deadlocked in a scoreless battle and found themselves heading into the half 0-0. Mount Olive held the shot advantage over the Lions 6-5.
In the second, Emmanuel took the lead in the 50th minute as Alexander Panner put EC up. The Trojans were afforded a golden opportunity in the 59th minute, as a foul was recorded inside the box and UMO had a penalty kick chance.
Rio Mellow stepped up and took the shot for the Trojans and guessed right beating the Lions' keeper to tie the match. Nine more shots came and went for both teams combined and the game went into extra time.
The Trojans had three shots in the opening overtime but was unable to convert and went into the second overtime.
Three minutes in Mount Olive struck for the game-winner as
Rafael Obraczka blasted a shot into the back of the net and boosted UMO to the 2-1 victory.

Obraczka led the Trojans with the game-winner.
Emmanuel Leaders:
The Lions were led by Panner with the sole goal for EC.
