Box Score Mount Olive, N.C. – The 12th-ranked University of Mount Olive men's lacrosse team took down the No. 19 University of Indianapolis 8-6 in non-conference competition Wednesday afternoon at the Ray McDonald Sr Track and Field/Lacrosse Complex.

FIRST QUARTER
- Mount Olive got behind in the early part of the contest as UINDY scored with 11:12 left in the opening quarter to take a 1-0 lead.
- Tyler Keele and Austin Whitlow, however, help Mount Olive respond to take a 2-1 lead heading into the second quarter.
SECOND QUARTER
- In the second frame, UMO took a 2-to-1 advantage in goals scored, as Thatcher Clark (12:35) and Tim Collins (3:26) gave the Trojans a 4-2 lead going into the break.
THIRD QUARTER
- The third quarter was by far the highest scoring as six goals were scored by the two teams, but UMO still held a two-goal advantage 7-5 as the teams went into the final quarter.
FOURTH QUARTER
- UINDY scored the first goal midway through the quarter to bring the deficit down to one goal with 7:43.
- Brody Sullivan did not allow the Greyhounds to gain any comfort by the score as he put the Trojans back up by two 1:10 later and Mount Olive held on for the win.
KEY STATS
- Thatcher Clark led the Trojans with two goals.
