University of Mount Olive

Laudenslager joined Mount Olive in 2019 with more than 10 years of coaching experience in high school, club and college soccer. During his two years at UMO the team has had a record of 22-3-3 and two back-to-back Conference Carolina championships. Under Laudenslager the goalkeepers have a Goals Against Average (GAA) of 0.64 and in 2019 the starting goalkeeper was first in the nation in Division 2 with a GAA of 0.43.

Prior to coming to UMO he coached at Penn Fusion Soccer Academy in Pennsylvania from 2015-2019 as a staff coach and goalkeeper coach.

Prior to his time at Penn Fusion, he was the goalkeeper coach at Penn State Brandywine from 2015-17, alongside head coach Sharif Saber, where he trained a second-team USCAA national goalkeeper. Laudenslager also served as the goalkeeper coach for the Kutztown High School varsity team from 2011-13.

Laudenslager currently has coaching licenses for the United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma and Advanced National Goalkeeping Diploma.
