Rob came to UMO in the spring of 2021 as a volunteer assistant coach. Prior to joining the Trojans, Coach Fulcher was stationed for 11 years, with the US Army in Stuttgart, Germany . During his time in Germany, Coach Fulcher coached at the various levels of German soccer. He was the head coach for multiple German youth teams as well as an assistant coach for lower league men's teams.
In the Spring of 2017, Coach Fulcher was hired as an assistant coach for a German Semi-Professional team; 1 CfR Pforzheim. At the same time, Coach Fulcher began working with the U17 German Nation Team and Mainz 05 goalkeeping coach at his goalkeeping school.
At 1CfR, Coach Fulcher coached over a dozen national team players, former Bundesliga players as well as German Junior National Team players. In 2018, Coach Fulcher coached against Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen in the first round of the DFB Pokal, losing 0-1 on a penalty kick.
Coach Fulcher currently has a UEFA C license, via the Scottish Football Association (SFA), a SFA National GK license and an Advanced National GK Diploma from United Soccer Coaches Association. He is currently taking his Advanced National Diploma.
This is Coach Fulcher's first season as the Trojans primary assistant coach.
