University of Mount Olive

Hare joins the staff from the University of North Carolina. While at Chapel Hill, Hare was a data analyst for the Tar Heels baseball team, helping the coaching staff develop scouting reports as well as helping record practices and games. Hare was also an Assistant Coach at American Legion Wayne County Post 11 Baseball. There, he was a pitching coach, managed the program's social media accounts, led fundraising efforts, and helped the team with analysis of analytics. He is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill.
