Tigerville, S.C. – University of Mount Olive men's tennis team takes down North Greenville 6-1 on the road, moving the Trojans to 6-0 in conference play.

The Trojans started off the match by sweeping North Greenville in all three doubles matches. At No. 1 Kristoffer Dalbak and Bram Poel earned a 7-6 win over Louie Fletcher and David Roseler. The No. 2 pair of Niklas Gruenefeldt and Rasmus Grindheim finished with a 7-5 victory over Pavle Markus and Gabriel Pegoraro, while Joao Sonaglia and Luke Oosthuizen finished the doubles sweep with a 6-4 decision at No. 3.

Mount Olive kept their strong day up winning four of six matches in singles play. Dalbak dropped his No. 1 singles match 6-2, 6-3, while Poel responded by winning 6-3, 6-4 at No. 2. Philip Peter Carstensen delivered at No. 3 with a 6-3, 7-6 win, while Hiroma Nishikata put on a strong performance with a 6-3, 6-3 win at No. 4.

Oosthuizen earned a three set 5-7, 6-1, 6-3 win at No. 5, and Sonaglia would close out the Trojan winning 6-4, 6-3 at No. 6.

Mount Olive will take on Francis Marion on Wednesday April 1st at 2 p.m.
