MURFREESBORO - Mount Olive women's soccer team fails to secure the win against Chowan, losing 4-0 on their away trip Tuesday.
Mount Olive goalkeepers Anais Coyne and Mazey Mckechnie both played in yesterday's game. Coyne started and recorded 61 minutes with 7 saves, allowing 4 goals and Mckechnie played 29 minutes, totaling one save.
The Trojans recorded 20 shots, with nine being on goal: Malia Acevedo had five shots, three being on goal, Camryn Blatchford followed with two shots on goal, Tassia Ferreira, Addison Dangler, Josephine Palmer, and Emma Harnage each contributed the remaining four shots on goal for Mount Olive.
Riley Donnelly, Jayda Dubeck, Adriana Lightfoot, and Laura Hulme all scored a goal for Chowan.
Mount Olive will play at home against North Greenville on Saturday the 27th at 1 p.m.
