GREENVILLE, S.C. (April 10) – For a consecutive year, the University of Mount Olive women's golf program featured a trio of golfers on the All-Conference Carolinas Team announced on Thursday by the league office.
Senior
Victoria Morelli garnered all-conference honors for the third time in her career while sophomore
Valentina Agostino and
Lucie Levet were voted to the all-league team for a second-straight year.
A native of Orléans, France, Levet led the Trojans with a scoring average of 78.1 strokes while competing in nine events this season. She earned All-Tournament honors for a consecutive year after tying for third at the Conference Carolinas Championship. Levet posted four top-15 finishes during her sophomore campaign while delivering a team-best finish three times.
Agostino ranked second on the team with a scoring average of 78.3 strokes and competed in all nine events for the Trojans. She registered four top-25 finishes, including one team-best finish at the Barton Intercollegiate in the fall with a placement of fourth. Agostino helped UMO place third at the Conference Carolinas Championship after tying for 15th on the individual leaderboard.
A native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, Morelli finished third on the team with a 78.6 scoring average while competing in nine events this campaign. She produced four top-20 finishes for Mount Olive and posted a team-best finish in three competitions. Morelli delivered her highest placement at the Barton Fall Intercollegiate after finishing 11th overall. In her final Conference Carolinas Championship, she tied for 19th overall in the field, earning a four-straight finish in the top-20 at the league tournament.
