MOUNT OLIVE (March 16) – After winning five of the six singles matches, the No. 23 ranked University of Mount Olive men's tennis program clinched a 6-1 victory over Emmanuel in non-conference play on Saturday afternoon.
With the win, the Trojans extend their winning streak to an impressive eight straight and improve to 8-1 overall behind a 3-0 record at John Neal Walker Tennis Center. Mount Olive has won the previous four matches against Emmanuel on their home court while boasting a 6-3 mark in the series dating back to 2016. Meanwhile, the Lions drop to 5-4 with an 0-2 record against Conference Carolinas opponents.
