Greenville, N.C. – The University of Mount Olive men's tennis team fell to NCAA Division I East Carolina University, 7-0, on Tuesday afternoon in Greenville, N.C.

- ECU captured a sweep in doubles action to open the match.
- The Trojans dropped singles matches at No. 1, 2, and 3 as the Pirates took a 6-0 lead.
- Senior Martim Sousa pushed his opponent in the opening set of No. 4 singles, as Sousa narrowly lost the first set, 7-6, before falling in the second set, 6-2.
- At No. 5 singles, freshman Jack Middleton just missed taking the first set as he fell 7-5, 6-0.
