Parros, who spent the last two years as a parttime assistant coach, helped the Trojan relay teams earn bids to the NCAA National Championships. In the past year, the indoor 4X400 team finished fourth at Nationals earning them first-team All-American honors. During the outdoor season, both the 4X100 and 4X400 both advanced to the final round of the NCAA Championships and earned first-team All-American honors with third-place finishes in their respective races.

"Over the last two years we've made huge strides as a program on and off the track," said Parros. "I love being a part of this staff and am extremely excited to see how we continue to improve and take the program to new heights."

"I am excited to have Clayton step into this full-time role with our program," said Graves. "He has done an amazing job in the last two years coaching our long sprints group to national success.  His knowledge and passion for our sport is a great asset."
