CHARLOTTE, North Carolina - The University of Mount Olive wrestling team fell to the Royals of Queens University Thursday night in a road South Atlantic Conference Carolinas Dual. Mount Olive had victories via major decision, decision, and forfeit in the match.
INSIDE THE RESULTS
The match started at the 285 weight class and Mount Olive took an early lead as Ogden Atwood defeated Hunter Tobiasson via decision 8-6 and the Trojans had a 3-0 lead. The Royals went onto win the next four matches to take their first lead of the match 21-3. Nickolas Richardson then won by forfeit and helped bring the deficit down to 12. Queens then took the 174 and 184 matches and jumped out to a 28-9.
Ross Sealby in the final match of the night ended the contest on a high note winning via major decision over Jay Skalecki 14-5, as Mount Olive fell 28-13 to the Royals.
