Hormazabal was named the Field Athlete of the Year and scored in three events at the conference championship. On Sunday, she placed seventh overall in the high jump and long jump before delivering a career-best performance on Monday. Hormazabal captures her second-straight league title in the triple jump after reaching 12.24 meters (40-2.00 feet) on her final attempt to set a new meet record. She hit the NCAA provisional standard and now holds the 11th-best mark in the event in NCAA Division II.
