A sophomore from Richmond, Virginia, Hart shattered the UMO school record in the 200 meters and established an NCAA mark while competing at the Liberty Open on Saturday. He crossed the line with a blistering pace of 21.48 seconds to secure first place. He holds the fastest time in the Conference Carolinas this season and ranks second overall in the Southeast Region.
