YOUNG HARRIS, GA. - The University of Mount Olive women's tennis team fell against the 31st-ranked Mountain Lions of Young Harris College 9-0 on Friday afternoon in non-conference action in Young Harris, Ga.

  • Young Harris won out the remaining singles sets to complete the 9-0 sweep of Mount Olive.
  • Jennifer Byrd fell 6-0, 6-0 on court four, while Sonja Gärtner fell at the No. 1 position 0-6, 6-4, 10-5.
  • Nicole La Chappelle wrapped up the contest as she fell 6-3, 6-2 at the No. 3 singles flight.
