No. 6 seed University of Mount Olive took third-seeded Georgia College to the limit in doubles play, falling by only a combined five games in three doubles matches, but the deficit was too much to overcome as the Trojans fell to the Bobcats 5-0 in the first round of the 2015 NCAA Division II Men's Tennis Southeast Regional Sunday at Greenwood, S.C. The loss snapped the Trojans' school record 16-match winning streak.

Mount Olive finishes the 2015 season with an 18-4 record. The nationally 40th-ranked Trojans posted a 36-6 record over the past two seasons.

At No. 1 doubles, Edgar Bub and Paul Wiederspahn battled to a tie-breaker before falling 9-8. Henric Falkenberg and Matt Finnerty fell 8-6 at No. 2 doubles, while Lautaro Vazquez and Martim Sousa fell by an identical 8-6 score at No. 3 doubles.

Nationally 14th-ranked Georgia College (14-8) posted wins at No. 3 and No. 6 singles to seal the wins.
